For bookings impacted by a change after departure:
If at any time a holiday you are on is impacted by a change your booking will be prioritized and one of the team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Where you have booked a package holiday with Paramount Cruises, we will ensure you are brought home from your final disembarkation port, these onwards flight arrangements will be at no additional cost to yourself.
Where the cruise line is required to make an itinerary change, they will communicate this to you onboard the ship. All changes are made with your safety in mind
For bookings no longer operation or impacted by a "significant change" before departure:
We have great working relationships with all major cruise lines, who are making important decisions regularly regarding upcoming sailings. These decisions will consider all relavant travel advice and information from all local authorities.
In the event of a cancelled holiday our team will contact you as soon as possible. Please do be patient with the team as we may have many bookings on each departure date. We will be in touch with you and your business is highly important to us.
Thinking of booking?
During these unprecedented times many of the cruise lines have temporarily relaxed their cancellation/amendment policies. This means that when you book you will have the flexibilty to amend your holiday to an alternative date with no administration fees or recieve a Future Cruise Certificate to the vale of your cruise. Our expert sales team can advice you of the terms before booking if rqiured.
It is important to remember that cruise lines may be reqiured to make changes to criuse itineraries in accordance with the latest travel advice. As per the cruise lines terms these changes may be considered minor.
